As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we have put in place several measures to ensure the health & wellbeing of our staff and customers.

Bacha Coffee Rooms & Boutiques around the world may continue to be operational within the limits of local guidelines. You are encouraged to check our Locations page to verify opening hours. In all these locations, please be assured that we have put the following strict measures in place:

  • Sanitisation and disinfection are done at least twice daily on all venue surfaces
  • Hand sanitisers are available at all of our locations for use by our customers and employees.
  • Our locations are in compliance with safe distancing measures of one meter apart, according to regulated requirements.
  • Queue lines have been clearly marked to ensure at least one meter distance between customers.
  • The boutiques practise stringent control on the number of customers that come into the store at any one time.
  • Temperature checks are done and recorded twice daily for all employees. Customers and delivery men are also required to have their temperature taken, prior to entering our premises.
  • All employees and customers are required to wear face masks, check-in via the contact-tracing applications according to the local regulations before entering any Bacha Coffee premises.
  • Any employees, customers or visitors appearing unwell or whose temperature shows signs of fever will be barred from entering the premise and be asked to see a doctor immediately.


    During this period, you are invited to shop our complete collection on our eBoutique, which will remain operational with shipping to over 40 countries around the world. You may also visit our Lazada Singapore Flagship Store to shop a select number of our coffees and accessories.

    Please be assured that in addition to the above measures, we have put the following health and safety measures in place during this period:

  • All employees and visitors are required to wear masks, undergo a temperature check and provide their name, contact details and travel history prior to entering any Bacha Coffee premise(s).
  • Our warehouse personnel practice staggered arrival, departure and break times.
  • Parcel collection and deliveries are spaced out and performed alone.
  • Contact tracing is emphasized and implemented, through the use of contact-tracing applications according to the local regulations
  • Drivers and warehouse personnel practice social distancing and do not mix during parcel collection.
  • In Singapore, it is a mandatory requirement for delivery persons and couriers to wear masks when working and adhere to safe social distancing measures.  For your safety and convenience, contactless deliveries are offered by default.  Parcels will be delivered to your doorstep and you will be notified via SMS upon successful delivery. An estimated delivery time would be provided by engaged courier services.
  • Overseas, our DHL delivery partners operate in accordance with the protocols of official authorities, both international organizations and local country health authority advisories, whichever sets the strictest rules.
