The ultimate indulgence. Our delicate, soft delicately salted caramels are made out of the finest gourmet ingredients including fresh Isigny milk, Guérande salt flakes and Normandy butter and cream. Using the most traditional methods, this exceptional recipe is slow cooked in copper cauldrons. The perfect sweet to accompany an afternoon cup of Bacha Coffee.
Each soft caramel is indivudally wrap, packed into a bag and tied with blue ribbon *Note: Red Ribbon to be used during festive season
Store in cool and dry place (12°C to 20°C)
Glucose syrup, sugar, salted butter, skimmed milk in powder, “fleur de sel“ from Guérande, dextrose, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, colouring: E150a.
