Step 1: Tear the foil over-wrap at the top right corner to remove the sachet.

Step 2: Gently open the sachet by tearing along the perforation, taking care not to spill the grounds.

Step 3: Hook the paper clasps securely over both sides of the rim of your cup.

Step 4: Slowly pour water heated to 95°C (203°F) over the coffee in a circular motion until the sachet is full.

Step 5: Pause and allow the water to fully passthrough the grounds. Once drained, repeat 2-3 times. Remove the sachet and enjoy an exquisite cup of specialty coffee.
