Located in the Kyondo highlands in North Kivu, along the National Virunga Park and Lake Edward, the COOPADE coffee cooperative unites over 2,000 farmers, of whom 40 percent are women, to produce exceptional highland coffees. This washed harvest boasts a lush nectar of cherry, black currant and nectarine balanced by notes of cocoa nibs and malt. A lively acidity in a cup that finishes with a round and lasting aftertaste.
