By sourcing directly from coffee planters, we know the very best cultivation techniques are always applied, guaranteeing the freshest beans will be selected and carefully handled even before they reach our roasting facility.

Each coffee is harvested with care by hands that respect its traditions. Understanding the landscape takes unique skill.

 

It’s the land itself, but also the people, and their connection to coffee runs deep.

 

Meticulous sorting by hand takes place to ensure only the best beans are chosen, weighed and graded for colour and size.

We respect each country and the way they roast their coffee. Since each variety requires a different degree of roasting, we hand-roast each coffee separately.
