Boquete Highlands Coffee

Near the Costa Rican border, the city of Boquete is nestled in the “Valley of Flowers and Eternal Spring” and surrounded by the majestic slopes of the Volcán Barú, the tallest peak in Panama. Cultivated on small plantations at an altitude of about 1,500 metres, Arabica beans grow slowly thanks to consistent northerly winds. The resulting harvest delivers a medium-light body in harmony with a well-balanced acidity. Lightly floral at the start, soft chocolaty nuances develop that provide a pleasant, long-lasting aftertaste.Ideally savoured on its own, without the addition of milk or sugar.
