This exceptional Bacha coffee blossom honey is produced by apiaries within 1 km of the coffee plants and the harvest occurs immediately after the blossoms fall. Because it is completely unprocessed, the honey may crystallise. Simply place the jar in a vessel of warm water to liquify it. Store in a cool, dry place.

Derived exclusively from bees that pollinate coffee trees near Cuchumatan, Guatemala, this honey exhibits a well-balanced body with a warm vanilla aroma. Delightful flavours of peach, chamomile, caramel, and orange are rounded off by a delicate lavender finish.
