This exceptional Bacha coffee blossom honey is produced by apiaries within 1 km of the coffee plants and the harvest occurs immediately after the blossoms fall. Because it is completely unprocessed, the honey may crystallise. Simply place the jar in a vessel of warm water to liquify it. Store in a cool, dry place.

Derived exclusively from bees that pollinate coffee trees near Zaculeu, Guatemala, this honey boasts a velvety body with a ripe peach aroma complemented by notes of tropical fruits, apricot, orange blossom and ripe pear.
