Hidden in the jungle of Oxapampa in the Amazon mountains at 1,600 metres above sea level, this plantation produces just 69 kilos of wonderful, handpicked, sun-dried coffee every year. Its plants are naturally shaded by the surrounding forest trees, which the plantation plays an active part in preserving and has been certified with the “Rainforest Alliance” seal. After washing the coffee, the green beans are selected by hand. The result is a refined and floral, slightly spicy and full-bodied cup making each sip an experience to savour.
