The holiday season is indeed the most wonderful time of year, with a list as long as Santa’s, there are many reasons to eagerly await its arrival: family gatherings, thoughtful gifts, indulgent feasts, sugary treats, ornate decorations big and small, decadently dressed trees, Christmas carols and perhaps best of all: thematic cocktails.

This year Bacha Coffee will help get you into the Christmas spirit with our holiday themed coffee cocktails. Enjoy them to yourself and light up your winter night, or add them to your festive menu to impress your guests when hosting the perfect year-end party.

Marocchisimo! Coffee Cocktail
The mix of rich coffee, sweet Kahlúa, warming whiskey and Chantilly cream blends together so perfectly that this delightful concoction is more than worth the caloric indulgence, especially at the most festive time of the year.

Equipment required:

  • Shaker
  • Irish glass

Ingredients:

  • Marocchisimo! Coffee – 60ml
  • John Jameson Irish Whiskey – 30ml
  • Kahlúa – 10ml
  • Chantilly Cream – 60ml

Method:

  1. Prepare one cup of Marocchissimo! Coffee as per instructions. Chill in refrigerator until cold.
  2. Put all the ingredients into the shaker, fill up with ice and shake for at least 15 to 20 seconds. Pour mixture into an Irish glass and top up with whipped cream.
  3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans, cookie crumbs and a sugar stick.
  4. Enjoy a great cocktail.

Bacha Irish Coffee Cocktail
Warm up from the inside out with this indisputable classic. Traditionally a combination of coffee, cream and whiskey, our holiday edition uses a particularly festive brew: November Moon Coffee. The warming notes of seasonal spices bring a new vigor to the natural heat of whiskey, while the sweet silky cream balances the fire. The perfectly toasty drink for the season.

Equipment:

  • Irish Glass

Ingredients:

  • November Moon Coffee – 150ml
  • Vodka of choice – 30ml
  • Kahlúa – 15ml
  • Chantilly Cream – 60ml
Method:

  1. Pour vodka and Kahlúa into your Irish glass, add freshly brewed coffee and top up with Chantilly cream,
  2. Garnish with grinded vanilla flakes and add a sugar stick,
  3. Enjoy a delicious cocktail.
