A balanced coffee with a gentle acidity, this harvest is grown in the Huila region of southern Colombia, spanned by the Andean Mountains and home to the Nevado del Huila volcano. In this exceptionally verdant region, coffee is grown in the shade of trees with voluminous canopies. Wet-processed in pure cold mountain water, this is a delightful harvest with fruity overtones.
Bacha Coffee offers exquisitely roasted single origin 100% Arabica coffees from every producing country in the world. These individually wrapped, single-serve drip coffee bags were specially conceived to allow the full aroma of each hand picked coffee to produce a perfectly balanced cup.
Preparation Method:
Step 1: Tear the foil over-wrap at the top right corner to remove the sachet.
Step 2: Gently open the sachet by tearing along the perforation, taking care not to spill the grounds.
Step 3: Hook the paper clasps securely over both sides of the rim of your cup.
Step 4: Slowly pour water heated to 95°C (203°F) over the coffee in a circular motion until the sachet is full.
Step 5: Pause and allow the water to fully pass through the grounds. Once drained, repeat 2-3 times. Remove the sachet and enjoy an exquisite cup of specialty coffee.
