Inca Sun Coffee

Situated in the Andes in southern Ecuador, this plantation lies at an altitude of 1,900 metres. Grown in ideal conditions, the handpicked coffee beans are thoroughly cleaned then spread out on sun patios to dry evenly and naturally, reducing the moisture to 11 to 12 percent. Stored for about 30 days, the beans are then skinned just before export, all of which results in this elegant coffee with a round flavour, subtle acidity and fine, malty aftertaste. A marvellous speciality.
